While some items may ship on the same day or within 1-2 business days, others may require additional time due to factors like location or carrier availability.
Tracking Your Shipment:
For your convenience, we provide tracking numbers so you can monitor the status and location of your shipment. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may have varying shipping times due to unique manufacturing processes.
Oversized Items and Truck Freight (LTL):
For oversized products, we arrange truck freight (LTL) shipments, which differ from standard ground shipments. It's crucial to inspect your order for any damage before signing for it upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please note "RECEIVED DAMAGED – REFUSED SHIPMENT" on the shipping receipt and do not accept the order. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Scheduling Deliveries:
Most freight companies will call ahead to schedule deliveries to residences. When placing your order, please provide a daytime phone number for efficient communication.
Free Shipping:
Enjoy Free Shipping on eligible items at US Auto. Certain restrictions apply:
- Free shipping applies to qualified items as indicated on product pages and in your cart.
- Shipping method will be determined by us, typically standard ground.
- Express shipping orders are not eligible.
- Oversized items do not qualify.
- Free Shipping is available for standard ground shipping to US continental addresses only.
- Not applicable to international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO orders.
Additional Shipping Charges:
Shipments to destinations such as HI, AK, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands, Canada, and other international locations may incur extra charges. Recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Expedited Delivery:
Orders with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Free Shipping.
Inspecting Your Order:
Thoroughly inspect all parts upon delivery for damage, discrepancies, or missing items. Report any issues before signing any shipping documents to avoid responsibility.
